Journalist Enzo Bucchioni has claimed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has offered his services to Inter as part of his latest editorial for Italian media outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

“Sanchez’s injury has forced the Nerazzurri to bet on young Esposito and look at the January market. Giroud is one player that they like but not the only one. Marotta is thinking and is looking for a feasible idea, Ibra has offered himself and Inter are reflecting,” it begins.

“If Conte were forced to chose, he would rather a midfielder was signed. This is the department that suffered the most due to Vecino’s slow or null growth and the little that Gagliardini does. Inter need a strong alternative. They have eyes on Matic, whose contract is due to expire, but he could arrive in January, but also on Rakitic who no longer wants to stay and be a back-up at Barcelona.”

He concludes: “There are still two and a half months between now and the transfer market and in the meantime Conte expects a higher return from everyone.”
