Inter coach Antonio Conte is debating whether to start 17-year-old starlet Sebastiano Esposito in tomorrow’s game against Sassuolo, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper la Repubblica.

Due to Lautaro Martinez’s work with the Argentinian national team during the international break, Conte may not want to overwork the 22-year-old forward, who could potentially start against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League next week.

Whilst 26-year-old forward Matteo Politano is the obvious choice to start alongside former Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku, the 50-year-old Italian coach may place his trust in the 17-year-old Esposito.

The 17-year-old Italian hasn’t made a first team appearance for the Nerazzurri so far this season but has been training with the squad since the start of the season. Politano, on the other hand, has made eight appearances so far this season for Inter, but has failed to provide either a goal or an assist in 238 minutes of play.
