Inter striker Lautaro Martinez spoke to Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia  in their post match coverage of the Nerazzurri’s 4-3 victory over Sassuolo in the Serie A, where the 22-year-old Argentinian forward scored twice to help the Nerazzurri gather three points.

“Very pleased with the victory. We have to improve, because we went from 4-1 lead to 4-3: a mental problem that must not happen again, we will have to better manage an advantage.”

“The partnership with Lukaku? We’re working to get to know each other better, and he’s settling into new football like what happened to me last year. Day after day our affinity grows and it’s important for Inter.”

“I dedicated the two goals to my mother, who follows me and suffers for me. It was important for us to score immediately and, despite the equalizer, we scored again. And I repeat: we have to maintain possession better when we’re ahead, so we don’t risk as much as we did today.”
