Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio was present at the Stadio Mario Rigamonti last night to take in the performance of Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali according to a report in today’s paper edition of Corriere dello Sport.

Tonali played the entirety of the goalless draw against Fiorentina and Ausilio was there to keep an eye on him with a view to a potential move for him in the coming months. This is just the latest in a series of times Ausilio has personally watched Tonali play recently.

Inter are long-term admirers of the 19-year-old midfielder, who is being widely tipped to become one of the best Italian midfielders in the coming years.

As per other reports in the media though, Inter are far from alone in liking him. The likes of Juventus and Fiorentina have drawn links from within Italy whilst several clubs from abroad, including Manchester City, have also shown a reported interest.
