Former Inter midfielder Nicola Berti has shared his views ahead of Inter’s Champions League group stage clash with Borussia Dortmund tomorrow night.
“Inter must get a result, these next two games are fundamental, at home and in Dortmund in that splendid stadium where we will all be cheering for Inter. We started off badly in contrast to last year when we started very well but we ended up badly,” he said.
He then reflected on Inter’s performances so far in the Champions League.
“Why does the team not work as well in Europe? We have only played two matches. Against Barcelona had we drew, nothing would have been said but we also deserved to win that match. We did not do well in the first game versus Slavia Prague though.
He concluded the interview by stating: “We must have absolutely no fear and face Dortmund with our heads held high.”
