The Nerazzurri Loan Update: 5 Of 9 Inter Players On The Scoresheet

Several Inter first team players left on loan during the Summer transfer window and in this new SempreInter.com feature, the progress of each player’s spell out on loan will be documented on a week-by-week basis.

Mauro Icardi – Paris Saint Germain: Icardi’s good start to life in the French capital continued as he netted his third goal of his spell with the Parc des Princes side and also tallied an assist as they ran out 4-1 winners away to Nice. The Argentine’s goal had a 0.76 expected goal rating.

Total stats (all competitions): five appearances, three goals, two assists.

Ivan Perisic – Bayern Munich: Perisic was an unused substitute as the Bavarian club were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw away to FC Augsburg at the weekend.

Total stats (all competitions): six appearances, two goals, two assists.

Radja Nainggolan – Cagliari: The Belgian scored a sure goal of the season contender as he volleyed into the top corner from outside the box as the high-flying Rossoblu jumped up to fifth place in the Serie A table after a 2-0 win over lowly SPAL.

Total stats (all competitions): six appearances, one goal, one assist.

Dalbert – Fiorentina: Dalbert played the entirety of La Viola’s goalless draw away to Brescia, the fifth time this season he has played the full match. The 26-year-old had a rather poor performance as he completed just 75% of his pass attempts, was dispossessed twice and failed to make any crosses whatsoever.

Total stats (all competitions): seven appearances, two assists.

Joao Mario – Lokomotiv Moscow: Joao Mario grabbed his first goal for his loan club as he notched one of Lokomotiv Moscow’s two goals in their 2-0 victory over Akhmat Grozny. His goal came with his only shot of the game, a shot that had an expected goal rating of just 0.72 – despite the fact it was only from a few yards out and he was facing an empty net.

Total stats (all competitions): eight appearances, one goal, four assists.

Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa – Flamengo: Gabigol scored his 19th goal of the Brazilian Serie A season in the Mengao’s 2-1 win over Fortaleza this past Thursday from the penalty spot.

He played the entirety of the match against Fluminense on Sunday night although he was unable to add to his impressive scoring tally. This is perhaps not all that surprising given the best of his four shots had just a 0.17 xG rating.

Total stats (all competitions): 46 appearances, 33 goals, five assists.

Ionut Andrei Radu – Genoa: The Romanian goalkeeper will want to forget this past weekend’s match in a hurry as his loan side Genoa were battered 5-1 away to Parma.

Total stats (all competitions): nine appearances, 21 conceded, one clean sheet.

Andrea Pinamonti – Genoa: The youngster, who is currently on loan at the Rossoblu, who have an obligation to purchase him, scored Genoa’s only goal of the game.

Total stats (all competitions): seven appearances, two goals, two assists.

Yann Karamoh – Parma: The Frenchman was an unused substitute as his side were comfortable winners over Genoa.

Total stats (all competitions): three appearances, no goal contributions.
