Stefano Sensi will not be back for Inter’s match against Parma this weekend, at least according to a report in today’s print edition of Milanese newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Italian midfielder got injured in the 2-1 loss to Juventus prior to the international break and then despite recovering during the break, he then re-injured himself and has missed Inter’s past two games with Sassuolo and Borussia Dortmund as a result.
On top of missing this weekend’s match at home to eighth placed Parma, Sensi will also probably miss Tuesday night’s match at the Stadio Mario Rigamonti against newly promoted Brescia.
The 24-year-old midfielder joined Inter from Sassuolo this past Summer on a season long loan deal, with Inter having an option to turn his stay into a permanent one at the end of the season.
His performances this term have come as a surprise to many with him netting three goals and tallying four assists in nine appearances.
