In today’s paper edition, Corriere dello Sport have attempted to draw some similarities between current Inter manager Antonio Conte and former Inter manager Jose Mourinho.
One of, if not the main similarity between the two managers is their professionalism. Another stand out similarity is the way in which they both says things as they are and do not hold back when the situation requires it.
They are not only interested in just the team but everything else which concerns the club. They set the line to be towed by everyone. The pair of them work particularly hard when it comes to forging an identity for the team as well as the team’s psychological state.
There are however some differences between former Italy manager Conte and most recently Manchester United manager Mourinho.
Mourinho famously done a handcuffs gesture during his tenure in charge of the Nerazzurri but Corriere dello Sport believe Conte would not do this or something of a similar nature.
Furthermore, whilst the Rome based newspaper see Conte on the front line with his players, they see Mourinho as more behind his players instead.
