Inter attacking duo Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez are set to start in this afternoon’s game against Parma, despite the recent busy schedule, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The duo started against Sassuolo in the Nerazzurri’s 4-3 victory in the league last weekend as well as the mid-week Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund but Inter coach Antonio Conte is not willing to let them rest just yet, the report highlights.

Both Matteo Politano and Sebastiano Esposito will start today’s game on the bench, although there is always the possibility that either of them could replace one of the starting duo during the game.

Furthermore, the report highlights how Conte is aware of Inter’s important Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund in ten days’ time, and therefore won’t be taking any risks with the squad.

Both Matias Vecino and Andrea Ranocchia are still not fully fit and therefore aren’t expected to feature in today’s game, with both Stefano Sensi and Danilo D’Ambrosio in the same position as Conte hopes to have a squad of full strength for the next European commitment. Finally, Stefan de Vrij is not expected to feature in today’s game as the Nerazzurri coach wants to give him a much-needed rest.

Here is Inter’s probable line-up for today’s game:

Inter (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Diego Godin, Alessandro Bastoni; Antonio Candreva, Roberto Gagliardini, Marcelo Brozovic, Nicolo Barella, Cristiano Biraghi; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
