Inter’s young Italian central defender Alessandro Bastoni spoke to Italian broadcaster InterTV moments ago ahead of the Serie A clash at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district, with kick-off scheduled for 18.00.
The former Atalanta player, who spent last season on loan at Parma, underlined that it would be a very difficult match for the Nerazzurri.
“Today’s match will be very emotional for me, because I have shared to much with these lads. However, on the pitch we look to give everything we have and to win. We have to pay attention when they counterattack so we will try to contain them.”
“I am very happy here [at Inter], I am learning a lot both in terms of the technical side but also from a mental aspect. I enjoy playing and starting from behind and work my way up, I have liked this since I was a child.”
