Bayern Munich sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic spoke to German broadcaster Sky Sports Deutschland yesterday, discussing Inter target Thomas Muller’s future.
“No offer for Thomas so far. At the moment we have some injuries that affect us, so we are not thinking about selling players. You journalists continue to feed Müller’s story.”
The Nerazzurri are keen to strengthen their midfield and attacking department in the upcoming January transfer window, with the 30-year-old Bayern Munich player being one of many names identified that could be a suitable fit in the tactical plans of coach Antonio Conte.
Muller, who is contracted to the Bundesliga side until 2021, has featured much lighter than normal this season for the German giants, only starting four out of his nine appearances in the league. He has only played a full 90 minutes for the Bavarian club once this season, against Union Berlin yesterday. This season he has contributed one goal and six assists.
