Inter Primavera midfielder Niccolo Squizzato has shared his thoughts and feelings on how he feels he has adapted to the 3-5-2 system they are using in order to mimic the tactics used by Inter manager Antonio Conte with the first team.

“Playing in a 3-5-2 system personally does not change much for me as I have always played in central midfield. We are doing good because the manager is giving us a lot of tactical pointers,” he said in an interview with Inter TV.

Next the 17-year-old, who has three Italy under 18 caps to his name, spoke on he and his teammates performance in the UEFA Youth League.

Armando Madonna’s side have won all three of their games in the competition thus far scoring 11 goals and conceding just one.

“Coming up against the best European teams is important for us as it allows us to see where we are as a team. We are having a great Youth League and we must finish in first place.”
