Several Inter first team players left on loan during the Summer transfer window and in this SempreInter.com feature, the progress of each player’s spell out on loan will be documented on a week-by-week basis.

Mauro Icardi – Paris Saint Germain: Icardi netted a brace in PSG’s 5-0 rout of Club Brugge in the Champions League, with his goals in that match having respective xG ratings of 0.17 and 0.39. He followed this up with another brace as PSG ran out 4-0 winners of Marseille at the weekend.

Ivan Perisic – Bayern Munich: Perisic has played three games since the last feature was released. He got four minutes of action of the substitutes bench in Bayern’s 3-2 win in the Champions League over Olympiacos before making his third start of the league campaign as Bayern ran out 2-1 winners over Union Berlin at the weekend.

He also played 45 minutes in Bayern’s DFB Pokal win over Bochum on Tuesday night. He was however unable to add any further goal contributions.

Radja Nainggolan – Cagliari: The Belgian struggled as Cagliari drew 1-1 with Torino at the weekend. He had just one shot attempt – which was off target – and had just a 71% pass completion rate.

Nainggolan captained Cagliari on Wednesday night as they ran out 3-2 winners over Bologna but did not add to his goal contributions.

Total stats (all competitions): eight appearances, one goal, one assist.

Dalbert – Fiorentina: Dalbert played the entirety of La Viola’s match with Lazio but could not prevent his side from losing, as they lost 2-1. The Brazilian won six of his eight defensive duels and three of his five aerial duels.

Against Sassuolo he played the full game as the Florence club won 2-1 away from home against the Neroverdi. He managed to complete 67% of his cross attempts.

Joao Mario – Lokomotiv Moscow: The Portuguese midfielder started and finished both of Lokomotiv’s matches since the last feature a 2-1 defeat away to Juventus and a 3-0 defeat at home to rivals Spartak Moscow in the league. He was unable to add any goal contributions but did create several chances across both games.

Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa – Flamengo: Gabigol netted a brace and provided an assist as Flamengo ran out 5-0 winners over Gremio in the second leg of their Copa Libertadores semi-final match-up – a match in which he had an xG of 1.48.

He also started the league match with CSA in the league but could not add to his 19 goals in the Brazilian Serie A.

Ionut Andrei Radu – Genoa: The Romanian youngster started in Genoa’s 3-1 win over Brescia at the weekend. He performed well but could do little about Sandro Tonali’s thunderous free-kick, which had an xG rating of just 0.12.

Against Juventus he outperformed his expected goals conceded (xGC) as Genoa lost 2-1. He should have conceded three goals but only conceded twice, with one of those goals being a penalty.

Total stats (all competitions): 11 appearances, 24 conceded, one clean sheet.

Andrea Pinamonti – Genoa: Pinamonti provided the assist for the Rossoblu’s second goal against Genoa but was largely poor otherwise as he failed to take a single shot and just two of his 14 attacking duels.

Against Juventus Pinamonti played the entire game. He had a 100% shots on target success rate but could not find the back of the net.

Yann Karamoh – Parma: The Frenchman made a real impact as he faced Inter for the first time since he departed as he scored Parma’s first goal and teed up Gervinho for their second. He was successful in 56% of his dribble attempts.

In the 1-0 defeat at home to Hellas Verona, he had four shots at goal, just one of which was on target. He was once again successful in 56% of his dribble attempts, succeeding in five of nine attempts.
