Antonio Candreva has spoken with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia ahead of tonight’s Champions League group stage match away to German side Borussia Dortmund.

Inter were 2-0 victors in the reverse fixture two weeks ago and will gain a real advantage for the final two games in the group if they are to be victorious once more tonight at Signal Iduna Park.

“It is an important match, it can become decisive and it can be important for our journey in the Champions League. We are aware of our qualities,” he said.

“It will be a difficult game but we are ready. We prepare to win all our matches and to improve in each game and this kind of match is a very important step.”

Candreva has been reborn under new Inter manager Antonio Conte this season. He has made 12 appearances across all competitions this term in which he has scored three goals and provided one assist.
