Inter youngster Eddie Salcedo’s performances whilst on loan at fellow Serie A side Hellas Verona has saw his transfer value sky rocket according to a report in today’s print edition of Milanese newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Italian forward joined Inter initially on loan from Genoa back in the Summer of 2018 and spent the season with Inter’s Primavera. Inter were left impressed by the performances of the 18-year-old – who scored 13 and assisted four in 36 appearances – and signed him on a permanent basis.

Far from being ready for the Inter first team, the Nerazzurri proceeded to loan him out to Hellas Verona for this season where he has scored one goal in six appearances across all competitions.

As per the report, Salcedo is now valued at no less than €15 million, this despite the fact he has just eight senior appearances to his name between his time at Genoa and now at the Gialloblu.
