Following Inter’s 3-2 loss to Borussia Dortmund, Antonio Conte spoke at the customary pre-match press conference and was far from happy with what he had witnessed.

“I don’t know what happened in the second half. The game changed and we were not good at adjusting to this change. I don’t want to always talk about extenuating circumstances but it’s difficult, we’ll analyse it and we will all understand what happened together,” he started.

He proceeded to take another swipe at club management following swipes in earlier interviews.

“I planned things out with the management. Maybe I trusted some situations and I shouldn’t have done that.”

He then spoke on how he is personally feeling after the side threw away what looked to be a solid 2-0 lead.

“We have to digest that a 2-0 win became a 3-2 loss. I like to fight and win and I am struggling to stomach this result. I hope that everyone feels about it how I feel about it. If we all feel it, we are on the right track.”

In conclusion he was asked about what limitations he thinks his team have and he then snipped at the journalists present.

“You do your report cards. Why do I have to answer if you have the capacity to judge? You can answer this question for yourselves.”
