Lautaro Martinez Stars In Inter’s Defeat To Dortmund In Champions League

Lautaro Martinez was Inter’s best performing player as the Nerazzurri threw away a 2-0 half-time lead and lost 3-2 away to Borussia Dortmund according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Argentine striker opened the scoring in the match early on and made a real nuisance of himself and has been given a 7.5 rating by the Milanese newspaper.

Lautaro’s performance was much better than any of his Inter teammates with Samir Handanovic, Stefan De Vrij, Antonio Candreva, Nicolo Barella and Stefano Sensi all being given 5.5.

Diego Godin, Milan Skriniar, Marcelo Brozovic and Romelu Lukaku all got 5 whilst the worst performance on the night belonged to full back Cristiano Biraghi, who got just 4 having been terrorised all night – before being substituted – by Jadon Sancho and Achraf Hakimi.
