Lautaro Martinez spoke with Inter TV following Inter’s 3-2 loss away to Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League group stage.

“In the second half we were a different team, a non-intelligent team. It’s a pity, because we lost a game that was in our hands. Now we have to try to fix it, but it’s very difficult,” he started.

“The drop in performance? I don’t think it is down to fitness. We always work to recover and be in the best condition. I think it was more a matter of conviction and maturity. We have to work on these aspects and need to be concentrated throughout matches.”

In conclusion he was reminded that if Inter win both of their remaining two games they will progress.

“Yes that is right but now we have to think about the next match in the league. We have a complicated game ahead of us in front of our fans, we do not want to drop points. Then we will see what will happen in the Champions League.”
