Mauro Icardi – Paris Saint Germain: Icardi had a night to forget as PSG lost 2-1 to Dijon in Ligue 1. The 26-year-old failed to convert several chances he was gifted right in front of goal with not even one of the five shots he took hitting the target.

Icardi was back on the score sheet as he scored the French side’s only goal in their 1-0 win over Club Brugge in the Champions League group stage – a result which has secured them passage into the knockout stages with two games to go.

Ivan Perisic – Bayern Munich: Perisic was an unused substitute for Bayern’s 5-1 loss to Eintracht Frankfurt, a result which cost Niko Kovac his job.

Perisic came off the bench in Bayern Munich’s 2-0 win over Olympiacos in the Champions League and scored the second goal just 32 seconds after coming onto the pitch. This was the quickest goal scored by a substitute in the competition since April 2017.

Radja Nainggolan – Cagliari: Nainggolan played the entire match as Cagliari picked up a 2-0 win on the road against Atalanta. Whilst he did not score or assist either of the goals, he put in a solid shift in the defensive phase as he made four interceptions and won four defensive duels.

Dalbert – Fiorentina: Dalbert grabbed himself an assist as La Viola played out a 1-1 draw at home to Parma. The 26-year-old delivered a fine cross which was met by the head of Gaetano Castrovilli in the centre of the box.

Joao Mario – Lokomotiv Moscow: The Portuguese midfielder was not in the squad for 1-1 draw with FC UFA.

The 26-year-old played 85 minutes of the Russian’s Champions League match away to Juventus but was unable to prevent his side falling to a 2-1 defeat against the Bianconeri.

He was also recently named Lokomotiv’s player of the month for the month of October.

Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa – Flamengo: Gabigol added to his Brazilian league goal tally as he netted once in Flamengo’s 2-2 draw away to Goias taking his tally to 20 goals in 22 league games. He was however not in the squad for their next game which was a 4-1 rout of Corinthians.

Ionut Andrei Radu – Genoa: Radu played in the 3-1 defeat at home to Udinese. He faced six shots in the game and conceded off of three of them despite only having an xGc of 2.06.

Total stats (all competitions): 12 appearances, 27 conceded, 1 clean sheet.

Andrea Pinamonti – Genoa: Pinamonti also played in the 3-1 defeat to the Bianconeri. He had a difficult day in front of goal with him failing to put any of his three shots on target.

Yann Karamoh – Parma: The Frenchman played 74 minutes of the 1-1 draw against Dalbert’s Fiorentina. He had three shot assists and was 100% successful with his dribble attempts.
