Inter coach Antonio Conte has given the Nerazzurri squad three days off following a difficult period of games over the last month, a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport writes, hoping that the squad can recover over the short international break.

The report details how the 50-year-old Italian coach is keen to rest the players ahead of the upcoming international break. Inter’s next game is against Torino on the 23rd November, allowing time for injured stars such as Stefano Sensi and Danilo D’Ambrosio to fully recover from their injuries.

Furthermore, Conte is hoping that the league clash against Torino will be an opportunity for him to use an almost full-strength squad, with Sensi, D’Ambrosio, Asamoah and Gagliardini all hoping for a return after the international break.

The only two players that will still be out of the running for that game will be Matteo Politano and Alexis Sanchez.
