Borussia Dortmund are the latest club to spark an interest in signing young Inter defender Lorenzo Pirola according to a report from TuttoMercatoWeb.

The 17-year-old has garnered a lot of attention on himself with his performances at the ongoing under 17 World Cup in Brazil.

Dortmund scouts in particular have been left impressed by Pirola, who is currently part of Armando Madonna’s Primavera squad at Inter, but they are not the only club to have taken note.

Reports in recent days in British media have suggested that both Manchester City and Manchester United have shown an interest in him.

As per some other reports in the media, Inter manager Antonio Conte has been so impressed by Pirola that he may even play him at some point this season which speaks volumes about Pirola’s talent given some of the players that are ahead of him in the club’s pecking order such as Milan Skriniar and Stefan de Vrij.
