Inter have taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to highlight that defender Stefan de Vrij has made his 50th appearance across all competitions for the club.

The Dutchman completed his half-century this past weekend as Inter saw off Hellas Verona 2-1 at San Siro in their final game before the international break, which de Vrij will be participating in with him part of the Netherlands squad.

In his 50 appearances, de Vrij has scored twice, provided five assists and helped the team to record many a clean sheet.
