Inter have confirmed that defender Alessandro Bastoni has returned to the club from the Italy under 21 camp due to injury.
The young central defender took a knock to his foot during the 2-1 win over Hellas Verona in the league this past Saturday and as a result, the club have placed him on a personalised training schedule to help aid him in his recovery.
The 20-year-old, who joined from Atalanta in 2017, has made six appearances across all competitions this term.
