Inter will focus their immediate attention toward signing Rodrigo de Paul to strengthen the midfield department according to a report in today’s paper edition of Corriere dello Sport.

The Argentine can play in a number of roles in the midfield and even in the attack but will not come cheap with Udinese understood to be demanding around €35 million for him off the back of him penning a recent contract extension.

The report from the Roman newspaper goes on to state that in the future, Inter will focus upon Atalanta’s Dejan Kulusevski.

Kulusevski has starred whilst out on loan at Parma this term and Inter will continue to keep an eye on him between now and the end of the season. The 19-year-old Swede is currently valued at €30 million and also has interest from the likes of Juventus.

It is for this reason that Inter are also considering Fiorentina’s Gaetano Castrovilli. The Italian has been superb this season but much like de Paul, will not come cheap as he has only recently put pen to paper on a new deal with La Viola.
