According to a report from CalcioMercato.com, Inter are keeping a close eye on Flamengo’s highly rated prospect Reinier.
Reinier is seen by many as one of the best talents of his generation and Inter have been following him closely for some time now but are not alone in being keen on signing him.
As per the report, Spanish giants Atletico Madrid have also shown an interest and as things stand, they currently lead the race for him.
The 17-year-old sensation only recently signed a new contract with the Rio de Janeiro club until 2024, which contains a massive €70 million release clause within it.
This season he has made 11 appearances across all competitions for a total of 526 minutes on the park, in which he has contributed four goals and provided two assists for his teammates.
Reports in Brazil in recent weeks have also spoken on Inter’s interest in Reinier, who is a Brazil under 17 international.
