In an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, Atalanta’s head scout Davide Cangini has discussed the explosion of Dejan Kulusevski this season.
“The scouting department in charge of youth recruitment were good at finding such a formidable player but you have to go easy on him. Getting to certain levels is always difficult. Today he is a complete player, has great personality and is coming to light in an important league.”
The 19-year-old Swede has caught the attention of many clubs with thanks to his performances whilst out on loan at Parma this term.
Inter are one such club to have reportedly ignited an interest in signing him, perhaps as soon as the January transfer window despite the fact the deal between Parma and Atalanta is for him to see the season out with them,
In 13 appearances across all competitions this season he has contributed two goals and provided five assists for his teammates.
