Torino owner Urbano Cairo is well aware that a tough task awaits his side immediately after the conclusion of the international break with them due to play host to Inter.
“A very good team is waiting for us and they have a very good manager. We must, obviously, prepare for the match in the best way possible, even if many players have gone around the world to be with their national teams,” he said at a Bell’Italia event last night.
“They [the players on international duty] will come back next Tuesday and in those four days before the game we will have to be super determined and super focused to prepare for the game.”
Coming into this game, Walter Mazzari’s Torino find themselves trailing Inter by some 17 points. Torino are down in 11th with 14 points after 12 games played whilst Antonio Conte’s Inter are just a point off of top spot having collected 31 from a possible 36 points.
