Inter could offer Radja Nainggolan to Cagliari on a permanent basis as part of a deal that would see them land Nahitan Nandez according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Nainggolan is currently out on loan at the Rossoblu and Inter are believed to have taken a keen interest in his teammate Nandez, whose value has sky rocketed in the few months since his arrival at the club from Boca Juniors.

As per the report, Cagliari now value Nandez, who they signed for €20 million, at no less than €35 million. Nainggolan would willingly stay with Cagliari permanently and therefore, Inter could try to tempt Cagliari into dealing Nandez by offering the Belgian as part of any deal, which could help bring the price down.

23-year-old Nandez has made 13 appearances across all competitions this season. In just shy of 1000 munutes on the field, the Uruguayan has contributed one goal and three assists.
