Inter are keenly following Napoli midfielder Allan and are hoping to sign him next summer, according to a report from Italian media outlet FCInterNews.it.

The report details how the 28-year-old Brazilian has suffered a relationship breakdown with coach Carlo Ancelotti and isn’t happy at the Naples based club at the moment. Despite the fact that his contract expires with the club in 2023, he may leave next summer.

However, the Nerazzurri will need to pay a lot if they want to secure Allan’s signature, the report highlights. Napoli declined a €70 million offer from French side Paris Saint Germain last summer, valuing him instead at €100 million. Since then, his value has dropped and now the Partenopei would be willing to consider an offer in the region of €60-70 million.

Inter already had the opportunity to sign Allan before he joined Udinese in 2012. Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio offered €3 million to Brazilian side Vasco da Gama for the player, offering him a four-year contract. However, the deal couldn’t be finalised due to the lack of space available at the Milanese side for Non-EU players.
