Inter and Juventus are in a transfer market derby to sign two young Italian talents, Federico Chiesa and Sandro Tonali, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the Bianconeri are still incredibly keen on acquiring both Tonali and Chiesa, with the Turin based club being extremely close to signing the latter this summer.

Leaked reports have shown that Juventus offered between €50-70 million for Chiesa, offering him a five-year contract with much higher wages. Due to the failure of a completed deal, it’s likely Juventus will return for him next summer, leaving Inter to try and compete with them.

Furthermore, both clubs are also fighting for the signature of Brescia starlet Tonali, who is currently valued at around €40 million, the report continues.

Talks with Brescia President Massimo Cellino are already underway, but for now there seems to be no end in sight for the negotiations for either club.
