Former Roma and Inter striker Antonio Cassano spoke about the Nerazzurri, his coaching course and Inter coach Antonio Conte in an interview in today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Repubblica.

“I just finished the sporting director course. The best I’ve worked with was Walter Sabatini, the most competent. If there was one with his competence and with the calmness of Ausilio, he would be the ideal sports director.”

He also touched on who he sees winning the league title this season and the work carried out by Conte since his arrival in Milan.

“Who wins the Scudetto? Inter. It reminds me of Conte’s first year of Juve. I was at Milan and we lost the Scudetto. Of course, the current Juve have two teams and remain the strongest and most complete, but you can see a mile away that they are programmed to aim to win the Champions League. If they lose a few points on the road and Inter remain strong, Conte can do the trick.”
