Atalanta would be willing to sell promising midfielder Dejan Kulusevski to Inter in January but only for an increased price, according to a report from Italian media outlet Calciomercato.com today.

The report details how the Nerazzurri have the possibility to sign the 19-year-old Swedish midfielder in January, but he will cost at least €30 million, if not more. Parma, the club Kulusevski is currently on loan with, are keen to retain the midfielder until next summer, but if Atalanta and Inter reached an agreement, then they wouldn’t be able to stop the deal.

The relationship between the Suning group and the Percassi family is excellent, the report highlights, which may make a possible deal easier. Furthermore, Kulusevski would reportedly be “thrilled” to join Antonio Conte and his squad but Inter may prefer to schedule the deal for next summer instead to avoid paying more. The Nerazzurri are still keen to strengthen the squad in January, which is why they are also considering Udinese midfielder Rodrigo De Paul for an earlier solution.
