Former Inter coach Marcello Lippi discussed the Nerazzurri and Juventus in an interview with Italian radio station Radio Radio.

“I think Inter can last and grow. However, I don’t think many people have made a point about Juventus and that is that Juventus are the only unbeaten team. This team is destined to grow, to play more and more the football that this coach wants them to play, they are destined to grow their champions, to recover players. They have a squad that I don’t think anyone in Europe has, and so far, they’ve expressed themselves at 60-70%. That’s a consideration that anyone who wants to win the championship must make.”

The 71-year-old Italian then touched on the Champions League.

“As far as the Champions League is concerned, I think that until three or four years ago Juve was just behind Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester, etc… Now they are together with that small group of three or four teams and they have the same possibilities. Paris Saint-Germain can also join this year probably. Then it depends on how you get there. The Champions League is decided in March. If you get to the quarterfinals and go and play, you miss important players or players who are not in shape, or you have some disqualifications… You have to get in shape and with all your best players.”
