Inter manager Antonio Conte could rest one of Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku for this weekend’s match at home to SPAL according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport 24.

Teen sensation Sebastiano Esposito could be granted his first first team start for Sunday afternoon’s encounter against the Ferrara club, who currently find themselves in the relegation zone after 13 games played this season.

The 17-year-old Italian youth international made his fifth appearance of the season off the substitutes bench in Wednesday’s Champions League win away to Czech club Slavia Prague and it would appear that just like a new and improved contract, a first start at first team level is not far away for him.

Alternatively, the report explains that Matteo Politano could come in for either the Argentine or Belgian, who have struck up a sensational partnership together this season having scored a combined 22 goals in Inter’s 18 competitve games to date.
