Inter will have around 200,000 in attendance at their next three home games according to a report in today’s print edition of Milanese newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

60,000 tickets have already been snapped up by fans for this Sunday’s match against lowly SPAL whilst tickets for the match against Roma next Friday are going quickly.

The tickets in both the first and second tiers at San Siro have already all sold out so in addition to the third tier on the red side of the stadium being opened, the third tier in the green section of the stadium will also be opened, something that typically only happens for matches against Juventus and AC Milan in the league. The total attendance is expected to be 65,000.

The third and final game of Inter’s run of home games comes against Barcelona in the final Champions League group stage match with 73,000 expected to attend.

The report goes on to add that the attendance against Barcelona will not be as good as it possibly could be as many Barcelona fans have no interest in the game due to the fact they have already secured their place in the next round.
