Former Juventus striker Giuseppe Galderisi praised Inter’s attacking partnership of Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez in an interview with Italian radio station Radio Sportiva today.

“As a coach I love the two players. The pairing of Inter is incredible for their decisiveness, hunger and desire to search for goals. Few times one did not know where the other was on the pitch. They are devastating, unstoppable.”

Galderisi then spoke about two other Inter forwards, the injured Alexis Sanchez and the exciting Italian teenager Sebastiano Esposito.

“Alexis Sanchez must return and quickly as well. He can allow different options in attack, something important is being created at Inter. I’m also very curious to see Sebastiano Esposito, who will show us some good things.”

The Nerazzurri’s strong attacking partnership of Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku is one of the reasons that Inter are currently second in the league table after 13 games, only one point behind rivals and reigning champions Juventus. The Nerazzurri have scored 29 goals in the league so far this season, six more than the Bianconeri.
