Inter coach Antonio Conte will deploy one of the strongest possible Inter squads in this afternoon’s game against SPAL, whilst also giving rest to veteran defender Diego Godin, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the 50-year-old Italian coach is incredibly keen to continue the Nerazzurri’s strong form at the moment, and today’s game against SPAL is vital if the Nerazzurri want to keep up the pressure on league leaders Juventus. However, Conte isn’t looking to use a slightly weaker line up, as he isn’t looking ahead to next week’s tougher league clash against Roma.

Instead, Conte plans to deploy a strong line up capable of attaining the vital three points, the report highlights. Danilo D’Ambrosio is set to play in the back three, taking the place of the rested Godin, who impressed against Slavia Prague earlier this week.

Probabile Inter (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Stefan De Vrij, Milan Skriniar; Antonio Candreva, Roberto Gagliardini, Marcelo Brozovic, Matías Vecino, Valentino Lazaro; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
