Flamengo are growing tired over how long Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa is taking when it comes to making a decision on his future with the club according to a report from ESPN Brazil.

The 23-year-old striker has been in simply sensational form since joining the Rio de Janeiro based club on loan back in January and they have not made a secret of the fact that they wish to keep him on a permanent basis.

There is already a deal in place between Flamengo and Inter over his transfer but he is yet to have his say on things and Flamengo fear that this is because he is holding out for offers from European clubs.

The former Santos forward has been linked with several teams in Europe, including the likes of German club Schalke and Premier League side Crystal Palace.

In 54 appearances across all competitions, Gabigol has netted 42 goals and provided a dozen assists for his teammates.
