In an interview with FCInterNews.it, Arturo Vidal’s former teammate Rodolfo Madrid believes that a move to Inter would be great for his close friend.
“He is always linked to wherever Conte is because Conte considers him to be a great player. He is a demanding coach who makes his players perform better. Arturo has always expressed his admiration for what Conte does,” he began.
“I do not know if he will leave Barcelona. Arturo said he wanted to be important and wanted to fight day after day to be a starter at Barcelona. I believe that at the end of the season he will decide what to do.
“Inter can be a club where he can find everything he wants. He will be with a coach who knows, respects and wants him. In addition to this, the Nerazzurri have built an excellent team that can fight to win titles. This could convince Arturo, even though he played for Juventus in the past.
In conclusion Madrid said: “He is a great athlete. He prepares very well for matches. He is a winner and has a fighter mentality. He can play for a long time in Europe and can be a starter for any team on the old continent.”
