Inter manager Antonio Conte will make a trio of changes to the side that beat SPAL this past weekend for tonight’s Serie A clash at home to in-form Roma according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.
Having been rested after featuring in the Champions League against Slavia Prague, Diego Godin will make a return to the starting line-up. The veteran Uruguayan will take the place of Danilo D’Ambrosio and play alongside Stefan de Vrij and Milan Skriniar.
The second change relates to the left wing back position in Conte’s 3-5-2 system. Valentino Lazaro will drop to the bench and will be replaced by Cristiano Biraghi.
With Roberto Gagliardini set to miss out due to a foot injury, Conte will call-upon Spanish midfielder Borja Valero to take his place in the midfield.
Inter probable starting line-up (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Diego Godin, Stefan De Vrij, Milan Skriniar; Antonio Candreva, Matias Vecino, Borja Valero, Marcelo Brozovic, Cristiano Biraghi; Lautaro Martinez, Romelu Lukaku.
