Former Inter and Roma midfielder Olivier Dacourt has shared his views ahead of the clash between two of his former employers tonight at San Siro.

“Inter is doing very well both in the league and in the Champions League. Inter are dangerous everywhere on the park. Roma are a team that are growing little by little and must go to San Siro and try get a result. They have to play their game,” he explained in an interview with the official match day programme.

“Inter are having a good time and have so much quality on the pitch and also on the bench. In some matches the bench has made the difference.

The Frenchman, who spent three years with Inter between 2006 and 2009, then spoke on Inter manager Antonio Conte.

“Conte bas brought enthusiasm to the group and we knew it would happen. When you see him on the bench he is complete, he transmits his enthusiasm and anger to his players. He is an excellent coach for Inter.”
