Inter centre back Milan Skriniar has shared his thoughts and feelings following Inter’s draw at home to Roma in Serie A in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.

“We are a bit disappointed because we played well, created a lot of chances and we must win these games even if Roma are a good team,” he stressed.

“I was not angry at the end of the match, only sorry for not winning but everything is ok. Roma were better than us in the first half and we defended too deep. In the second half though we got out and started pressing them.”

The Slovakian was then asked about Inter’s next match which comes next mid-week when they host Barcelona in the Champions League.

“Barcelona always play to win every match and we will have to play to the best of our ability in order to win. We must prepare well for this match.”
