Bologna have identified Inter’s Federico Dimarco as a potential January transfer window addition to their squad according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere Bologna.

Due to Mitchell Dijks continued absence due to a foot injury, the Rossoblu club are on the lookout for a new left back and Dimarco could be the man that they go in for.

The 22-year-old has really struggled for game time this season under Antonio Conte at Inter having taken to the pitch for just seven minutes across Inter’s 21 competitive games to date.

With him so low down the pecking order at the club, Inter, as per the report are willing to loan Dimarco, who is contracted to the club until the end of the 2022/23 season, out.

The report goes on to state that Bologna’s interest in Dimarco comes as a result of Galatasaray’s high demands for Yuto Nagatomo, who was the first player that they looked toward.
