Stefano Sensi’s agent Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Riso has admitted it is too soon to say whether there is a possibility that his client could join Barcelona.

Prior to his move to Inter, Barcelona had shown an interest in signing him, as confirmed by Sassuolo’s president a few months back and it is understood that the Catalan club have maintained their interest in signing him.

Sensi has been out of action for a little while now due to a recurring thigh injury but prior to it he made 10 appearances across all competitions, in which he scored three and assisted four, with him well among Inter’s best performers at the start of season.

“Sensi to Barcelona? It is still too early to tell if there is anything true to this. My recent trip to Barcelona? I only made a stopover in Barcelona to go somewhere else,” he remarked at an event earlier on today, as quoted by CalcioMercato.it.
