Inter’s Italian international wingback Cristiano Biraghi has warned his teammates not to be complacent in the Serie A fixture away against his former side Fiorentina, when speaking to Italian broadcaster InterTV moments ago.

The former Inter Primavera man who is on loan at Inter from Fiorentina, believes that the Viola will give their absolute best at the Stadio Artemio Franchi tonight.

“It is a difficult game, it will be important to give our best also from a mental point of view. We are coming from an elimination in the Champions League which really hurt us, but today we face an important test in order to move forward.”

“I expect Fiorentina to be at their very best today. I have played here, I know what this team can do when they play the best teams in the Serie A.”

Speaking to RAI a few moments later, Biraghi ruled out that the Nerazzurri are at all concerned with how Juventus are performing.

“Aside from what Juventus have done, we have to win and think only about ourselves. It certainly wont be easy, we know that this is a difficult ground to come to, but we are Inter and we have the weapons needed to win in our arsenal.”

“We are taking things one game at a time, we know that today it wont be easy. We have to win today, then we will think about the next match.”
