Inter and Italian women striker Gloria Marinelli has expressed her joy at visiting children in hospitals in Milan with a post on her Instagram page yesterday.
The 21-year-old Italian was taking part of an initiative started by the Milanese club, where the players visit unwell children in order to cheer them up and give them something memorable and positive whilst they are in hospital.
Marinelli posted a photo of herself with Valentino Lazaro and a child alongside the caption: “Thanks Inter for giving me the opportunity to give a smile to these guys. A day that made me understand so much and that I will always carry in my heart.”
