Borja Valero’s first half strike in last night’s 1-1 draw with Fiorentina was the 13th goal that Inter scored in the first half this season, a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport highlights.
The Spaniard’s goal means that Inter have joined reigning Premier League champions Manchester City at the top of the first half goals table across Europe’s top five leagues.
Valero, who scored his first for the season and third overall for the club in 82 appearances, became Inter’s 12th different goalscorer this season across all competitions.
