Juventus vice-president Pavel Nedved has commented on the tightly contested race between themselves and their arch-rivals Inter at the top of the Serie A table this season.

The two clubs are currently joint top of the Serie A table after 16 games played with both sides having picked up 39 points from the 48 available to them.

Inter are currently edging things due to them having a superior goal difference of +18 compared to the Bianconeri’s +15.

“For now I am thinking about the Champions League but the competition in the league with Inter is good. There is also Lazio, Roma and Atalanta and I think we will all play it out for the Serie A title until the end of the season,” the former Czech Republic international explained in an interview with TuttoMercatoWeb.

Lazio currently occupy third spot, Roma are in fourth and Atalanta are in sixth place. Lazio are six points off top, Roma are seven points and Atalanta are 11 points off.
