Inter and AC Milan management are to meet with the Milan city council today for yet more talks over the future of San Siro according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

The clubs, who wish to demolish San Siro as part of their new stadium project, last met with the council at the beginning of the month where it was decided that a new master plan for the possible renovation of San Siro was needed.

The city council have recently met with two architects to listen to their proposals for the renovation of San Siro, which was built back in 1926, but no final decision will be reached today and is in fact still distant.

Both renovation projects will see a reduction in overall capacity to around 60,000, one will cost €100 million and the other will cost €250 million and the report goes on to state that both clubs will be able to continue playing whilst renovation work is carried out.
