In an interview with Italian radio station Radio Punto Nuovo, Stefano Sem, the agent of Dejan Kulusevski, has revealed what it will take for his client to cut his loan spell short with Parma.
“At the moment he is at the top of the performance charts for many categories. He is a play maker but he is doing very well also on the wing and even sometimes up front,” he began.
“At the moment we have decided not to disrupt things as a matter of respect to the fans and the club and due to the game against Brescia.
“If we have to interrupt his journey with Parma in January then it must be for an opportunity of a lifetime, not so much economically speaking but more so on a sporting level. He is doing well and when he starts something, he wants to finish it.
“He would like to play for a big club, like any footballer does. Dejan wants to make a great leap. He is being followed by clubs abroad, including some in the Premier League. He could go there in the Summer but he is having a nice season at Parma.
“Before going to a big club, it was right for him to confirm his quality elsewhere. He is hungry and wants to be at a big club.”
He was then asked about Napoli’s reported interest in his client.
“I do not know if Napoli can be the opportunity of a lifetime, when it comes to players so young, everything has to be taken into account. Napoli have been playing at high levels for at least 10 years. Napoli does already have a lot of strikers though. Let’s see what happens in January.”
